Tire Shop in Finksburg, MD

Wow what an amazing experience! Being in the automotive business for over 30 years i like to take my vehicles into other shops to gauge how well they do. Tires only did not disappoint! Super helpful staff, clean and modern facility. No one tried to sell me services didn’t need. The staff all worked together as a team to have my tires installed in about an hour. The customer lounge is top notch, clean, free massage chairs, coffee bar and you could watch on the many tvs the technicians servicing your vehicle along with real time alignment measurements. Now that is definitely an amazing feature. Tires only definitely sets the bar for service standards that any automotive repair facility should struve for. Overall a very positive experience, id highly recommend to everyone. Hats off to Austin and Caden for treating my vehicle with much respect and for getting the job done quickly and correctly.a really nice touch was the neatly folded mechanics rag with a card thanking for allowing them to service my vehicle.

You have never seen a tire store anything like this. It is almost an attraction that you should visit. The speed, professionalism and quality of service are unmatched I will be a lifetime customer

Great experience with my classic Shelby Mustang. Super friendly and helpful. After determining that they could not source the tires I wanted I asked if they would mount and balance tires that I brought to them. John said yes of course. The facility is new and state of the art. Very clean and bright. The customer lounge is the finest in the land – bay cameras and a big window to watch them work on your vehicle along with coffee , water and massage chairs – yes you read that right – massage chairs. Don & Ronnie took great car of my Shelby and the equipment is amazing. Just an enjoyable experience all the way around. I will not hesitate to come back.

Fantastic service and excellent facility. They answered the phone each time I called and scheduled for same day service on a Sunday. They road force balanced my tires and found two were out of balance, which eliminated a slight vibration felt at 60+ mph. They have the newest equipment and the waiting room is downright luxurious with sparkling water and massage chairs. Viewing window and cameras into the shop is awesome. Conveniently located next to other stores and shops, plenty to do while you wait. Pricing was excellent. Would definitely recommend

This place is amazing. I called them and asked if they carried my size tire in stock 33×12.5R22 which normally every shop tells me I have to order it and ship it there or I have to wait a few days to come in. Not only did they have my tires in stock but got me in right away and replaced all 4. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

Fantastic experience in and out. I highly recommend this business to all need any work done to their tires. Either getting new tires, rotations, or just need a fix. This is the place to get it done. I will be returning from here on out.

In and out much faster than I expected. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They clearly have a system that works. This was one of the easiest tire purchases I’ve ever made.

A brand new, clean, and comfortable facility! John went above and beyond to help me get the right set of tires for my car.

Can’t say enough about the effort Ronnie put in to solve a balance issue on a difficult and stupidly large set of tires installed by another shop. Great techs, great equipment and maybe the nicest customer lounge I’ve seen.

Helpful, friendly, and acted like they wanted my business.

Answered every question in terms that could be easily understood. Awesome waiting area with massage chairs. Work completed in a timely fashion.

Great service, fair prices and very fast installation. A+++

Great shop built by long standing industry veterans. Looking forward to the grand opening!

I stopped in for a tire issue and had a great experience. They were friendly, professional, and got me taken care of quickly. The team made sure I understood what was going on and helped me feel confident before I left. Solid service and a clean, simple process.

Great customer service from start to finish. I needed tires before a road trip, and they made the process simple. They answered my questions, gave honest recommendations, and got everything installed without any hassle. The shop was professional and easy to communicate with.

Great experience here. They were incredibly efficient, the pricing was fair, and the customer service was excellent. They helped me pick out exactly what my car needed without trying to upsell me on extra services. I’ll definitely be back for my next tire rotation.

Super friendly and professional staff. I called ahead about getting a quick turnaround on a set of new tires, and they had me in and out in no time. It’s tough to find a shop that’s both reliable and reasonably priced, but these guys nailed it. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. They got me right in for a tire change, worked quickly, and kept the waiting area comfortable. Everyone on the team was courteous and straightforward about what to expect. Finding a trustworthy tire service is a huge relief. Thanks!

Brought my vehicle in for a balance and rotation. They were quick to diagnose what was needed and completed the job ahead of schedule. The shop is well-managed and the technicians know what they are doing. Glad I decided to give them a try.

Fast, friendly, and easy to work with. The team helped me find the right tires for my car and explained everything clearly before getting started. The service was quick, the pricing was straightforward, and my car feels great on the road. I would definitely come back for my next set of tires.

Very helpful and honest tire service. I appreciated that they took the time to explain my options instead of pushing the most expensive choice. The appointment was smooth, the staff was welcoming, and the work was done right. It is nice to have a tire shop that feels dependable.
